Conventions
The Aerie Ballroom makes
a great event location. In addition to the spacious Grand Ballroom, The Aerie also offers Banquet and Cafe Space
featuring an antique cherry-wood back bar built in the 1800's. The Studio Room provides smaller
groups with a convenient kitchenette and serving area, as well as a baby
grand piano. The distinctively private and elegantly
furnished VIP Room provides an opportunity to observe activities
in the Studio located below or to relax in comfort for drinks and
conversation. The Aerie is available year round to host your business
meetings, seminars, banquets, receptions and more. This facility is proud
to be listed on the National Historic Register and features:

With its beautiful hardwood floor and Venetian chandeliers The
Grand Ballroom provides an aura of elegant antiquity for your
reception, conference, or dance. Along with its warm beauty, this
extraordinary 2,800 square foot space contains a unique formal balcony
and a soaring twenty foot high ceiling, lending elegant refinement to your
event.

The 800 square foot Banquet Hall features an antique cherrywood back bar built in the 1800's. An
adjoining commercial kitchen can be rented as well if you would like to
hire a caterer or prepare your own food.

seated meeting space for up to 75 people. It also comes with a
convenient kitchenette.
